Our first step is to connect with you via Zoom or meet for coffee and discuss: plans, timeline, home, marketing strategy, negotiation, and our collaboration.
On-Site Assessment
Upon engagement, we’ll schedule an in-person walk-through where you’ll meet me, and we’ll evaluate opportunities to enhance the value of your home.
Creating a Plan
Together, we’ll review the necessary property preparation, review and finalize cost estimates, and develop a schedule that works best for you.
